a perfect, warm stay
central locationsecure doorsearly check-inaccommodating staff
the location proved perfect because it was very central though it sat off a quiet side street. the doors locked each night though someone remained at reception all hours, a detail i find important for feeling secure. i got to check in early since my room was ready, a wonderful gesture. the staff was so lovely and accommodating when i needed to check out very early to catch a flight.
i did notice the air conditioning was not very strong, a tiny inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay.

The continental breakfast has fresh and well-stocked options which gave a nice variety. i really liked the coffee machine. It had tea and hot milk available all day. this made mornings and cozy afternoons perfect.

The hotel's location was AMAZING!!! I was close to tourist spots and shops. The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered adequate choices.
The shower had a glass wall, meaning it was partially visible from the rest of the room. A more opaque curtain would improve privacy.

The hotel offered coffee and tea all day. This was definitely a plus for me. Breakfast had a good selection of items. It provided a convenient start to my mornings.

The reception team provided excellent service. They were friendly and ready to assist with any questions I had. Their helpful attitude, I appreciated their kindness.

The hotel is next to the metro station. This made getting around very easy. I could walk to Plaza Mayor in about ten minutes. The location provided great access to the city.

A Decent Stay with a Few Quirks

I found the location excellent (loved being so central!). Major sites were a short walk away, so getting around was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. They let us check in early, a huge plus after a long trip. The room was also nice and clean.
The room we stayed in needed updating. It looked a bit tired. The shower had broken seals. This meant some water spilled onto the floor.
